Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 7 years of overall professional experience, including 4 years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or implementation experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification required.
- One or more Consultant-level Salesforce certifications in Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud required.
- Strong business analysis skills, including client discovery, requirements definition, process modeling, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce automation, particularly Flow.
- Experience designing production-grade user interfaces using Lightning and Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to cross-functional project teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into solution designs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Approval Processes, Einstein capabilities, and other declarative tools.
- Develop prototypes and use iterative feedback cycles to validate proposed solutions with stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on Salesforce capabilities, platform architecture, optimization opportunities, and implementation approaches.
- Support Agile delivery practices and collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation and deployment.
