Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to source and hire for challenging or specialized positions.
- Strong knowledge of broadcast media, live event production, and AV technology industries.
- Prior managerial and/or staffing agency experience.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems, with specific preference for Ashby experience.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of current AI trends in recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative, end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source top talent and manage full-cycle hiring, including active screening and interview coordination for technical and creative roles.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of the internal recruiting team.
- Define and refine job advertising and sourcing strategies to maximize reach.
- Select and manage recruitment technologies, including ATS systems like Ashby.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics, such as cost-per-hire, to provide actionable insights.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions and competitive offer packages.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
