Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on integration experience in complex internal system environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Boomi and integration patterns (ETL, pub/sub, middleware orchestration).
- Proficient in APIs, JSON/XML, and common data transformation techniques.
- Solid understanding of ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and CRM systems.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot across data flows, middleware layers, and endpoint systems.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, distributed tech environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when working across IT and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of integration flows built in Boomi, including maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of live connections.
- Design and implement new integrations, with Boomi, as needed across ticketing, marketing, and ERP systems.
- Build and maintain robust logging, alerting, and monitoring for integration health.
- Collaborate with internal developers, IT partners, and system vendors to align architecture decisions across platforms.
- Keep documentation up to date for all integrations, with clear version control and change management.
- Contribute to decisions around future middleware or integration tooling as the tech stack evolves.
