Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, including backend services and APIs.
- Proven experience integrating with ERP, accounting, or financial systems.
- Solid knowledge of REST and SOAP protocols, including authentication, error handling, retries, and versioning.
- Experience with data synchronization, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including query design, optimization, and data modeling.
- Experience with event-driven or message-based architectures.
- Independence and clear communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build integrations linking the platform to ERP and accounting systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Develop sync, mapping, validation, and reconciliation workflows to maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Implement robust handling for partial failures, retries, and eventual consistency using idempotency and audit trails.
- Optimize performance and reliability, implement logging and alerting, and perform root cause analysis for integration issues.
- Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to facilitate customer connectivity.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering standards.
