Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Three years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing software and machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency with AWS technologies such as Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, Athena, Glue, and S3.
- Experience building and maintaining backend APIs within a cloud-native architecture.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, .NET, and SQL.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Proven ability to translate product requirements into technical system designs.
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and own complex backend systems end-to-end, including architecture, performance, and scalability.
- Design and operate large-scale data pipeline architectures and backend services using AWS technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, Athena, Glue, S3).
- Build and maintain backend APIs and distributed data workflows using Node.js, Python, .NET, and SQL.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs, evaluating tradeoffs and communicating risks.
- Implement AI-assisted development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Oversee technical output and delivery flow across cross-functional teams.
- Lead technical design, participate in code reviews, and support system evolution.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define scope and deliver solutions.
- Mentor teammates in AI-assisted development practices to reduce bottlenecks.
