Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps and infrastructure, specifically cloud deployment, CI/CD, and observability.
- Production experience in Python or TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and REST APIs.
- Experience integrating with business systems through APIs, including secure authentication and secrets management.
- Experience with LLM-based systems, agents, and tool use.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to conduct technical discovery and explain complex trade-offs to stakeholders.
- System-level thinking and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and maintain ownership from discovery through to handoff.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional product, R&D, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities
- Own how customer solutions are deployed and run including integrations, authentication, secrets, hosting, monitoring and the release process.
- Build internal tooling, templates and reusable components that shorten delivery time and raise the quality floor across the team.
- Build and deliver customer-facing solutions, including AI skills, routines, workflows, applications, and agents.
- Join discovery sessions with customers to understand their systems, data and constraints, and turn those into a deployable design.
- Take ownership of projects from recommendation through development, delivery and handoff.
- Work directly with customers throughout the engagement, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Engage customer IT and finance teams in change management to ensure adoption and system reliability.
- Partner with Product and R&D teams to troubleshoot challenges and influence platform capabilities.
