Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Audition.
- Practical experience in professional audio recording, editing, or quality control.
- Strong understanding of audio technical parameters and quality standards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret RMS, LUFS, SNR, peak levels, frequency spectrum, noise floor, and clipping.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with strict technical specifications and quality criteria.
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain clear QC records.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable working with varying volumes of audio depending on project needs.
Responsibilities
- Review recorded audio files for technical quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Analyze recordings for noise floor, signal-to-noise ratio, RMS levels, LUFS, peak levels, clipping, distortion, and frequency spectrum.
- Verify recordings meet technical specifications including 48 kHz sample rate, 24-bit depth, and mono WAV format.
- Perform detailed audio analysis using Adobe Audition.
- Maintain accurate QC records and track recurring technical issues.
- Approve compliant recording hours for further processing and delivery.
