Job Details

1–3 years of hands-on experience in a Salesforce environment as an administrator, QA tester, or analyst.
Working knowledge of Salesforce standard/custom objects, profiles, permission sets, and Flow.
Experience executing manual test cases and logging defects in systems like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Ability to translate user stories and acceptance criteria into concrete test steps.
Basic proficiency with SOQL and data tools like Data Loader.
Comfort with repetitive, detail-intensive work and high accuracy standards.
Clear written and spoken English proficiency.
Availability to maintain 6 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern business hours.
Experience testing during data migrations or multi-org consolidations is preferred.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or test automation tools is a plus.

Execute full end-to-end test passes across core business processes following documented scripts for every release cycle.
Run regression suites after configuration or code changes to verify existing functionality.
Test across the full record lifecycle, including automation, field updates, and reporting output.
Log defects with clear, reproducible steps and verify fixes to ensure no regressions are introduced.
Write and maintain test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage test execution records and validate behavior after sandbox refreshes.
Prepare test data using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard and perform basic SOQL queries.
Perform light declarative configuration such as custom fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
