Requirements
- 5+ years in a product role (BA, PM, PO, product analyst) on complex SaaS, data, or enterprise platforms.
- Ability to read technical architecture and communicate directly with engineers.
- UX thinking and capability to integrate it into product development.
- Experience or strong interest in process intelligence, process mining, task mining, or automation (RPA).
- Skilled in creating Epics, User Stories, BPMN, and UML documentation.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to hold and refine data-driven opinions.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into implementable features while evaluating risks and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify new product functionalities.
- Create Epics, User Stories, and Use Cases including Acceptance Criteria.
- Contribute to backlog planning and task prioritization.
- Collaborate with the CTO, Product Analysts, Development, and Customer Success teams.
- Engage directly with customers to identify real needs before specification.
