Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall.
- Experience leading workshops and Agile training sessions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile best practices.
- Support Product Owners and Development Teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Promote Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
- Track team progress and help remove delivery impediments.
- Lead Agile workshops and training sessions.
- Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
