Job Details

5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
Recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience skills
Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, and communicating data for diverse audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
SAP transformation experience (plus)

Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as SAFe, DAD, and LeSS
Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner
Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner
Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
Contribute to Workforce Transformation thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools
