Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in Psychology is preferred; master’s degree in psychology or closely related discipline strongly considered.
- Knowledge of education and experience with online and face-to-face delivery of Psychology programmes in a university setting.
- Proven success leading large-scale operational teams in education or corporate settings.
- Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Strong people leadership capabilities, including coaching managers and leading workforce planning.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior executives and partners.
- Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills for data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Drive student success by leading the delivery of high-quality academic psychology programs that support exceptional learning experiences.
- Champion operational excellence through robust quality assurance processes, effective governance, and compliance with university and accreditation requirements.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching Academic Leads, fostering engagement, and building a culture of accountability.
- Oversee portfolio performance and financial sustainability through workforce planning, resource allocation, and management of staffing budgets.
- Build and strengthen strategic university partnerships by collaborating with senior academic stakeholders.
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities by driving program innovation and course expansion.
