Requirements

  • Professional experience in procurement, corporate travel, business travel management, or event management.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to negotiate and communicate with international suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for comparing quotations and managing performance indicators.
  • Basic knowledge of international travel processes, including foreign exchange, international ticketing, visas, and local taxation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple requests and bookings.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach for handling issues affecting travelers or events.
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish proficiency (nice to have).
  • Experience with corporate travel management platforms or similar procurement technology (nice to have).
  • Experience negotiating with hotels, travel providers, or other service suppliers (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with procurement KPIs, savings tracking, or supplier performance management (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Manage requests for corporate flights and accommodation for employees worldwide through a structured request process.
  • Research, quote, and compare travel options across multiple channels, evaluating price, routes, and overall value.
  • Identify opportunities and support the negotiation of commercial agreements with hotel chains and travel platforms.
  • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of negotiated supplier agreements.
  • Research and maintain a pre-approved network of venues and meeting spaces for corporate gatherings and events.
  • Support the logistics of major corporate events, including coordinating travel and accommodation for participating teams.
  • Develop and monitor procurement KPIs, savings, and ROI metrics for leadership reporting.
  • Act as a focal point for employees while traveling, resolving post-booking issues and providing support.
  • Manage requirements associated with international travel, including currency exchange, ticketing, visas, and local taxes.
  • Contribute to the standardization and improvement of procurement processes and supplier relationships.
