Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with modern machine learning systems (fine-tuning, distributed training, RAG, agentic pipelines, GPU inference optimization).
- Fluency in the modern ML tech stack: PyTorch, Hugging Face, CUDA, Kubernetes for ML, MLflow, and vector databases.
- Prior experience working with enterprise ML teams in a solutions engineering, customer engineering, or ML engineering role.
- Demonstrated ability to research emerging techniques and translate academic findings into implementations.
- Deep understanding of ML infrastructure with the ability to troubleshoot complex stack workloads.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from ML engineers to business leaders.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to maintain technical depth.
- Ability to work effectively in a varied environment across research, prototyping, and customer support.
Responsibilities
- Build technical prototypes and demonstrations for serverless inference, databases, MLOps, and applied AI use cases.
- Support enterprise customers with proof-of-concept design, technical onboarding, and production transitions.
- Act as a technical bridge to diagnose challenges and accelerate platform adoption.
- Research emerging AI techniques, including new training approaches and agentic architectures.
- Translate customer feedback and research into actionable product improvements and technical write-ups.
- Develop reusable assets like notebooks, reference architectures, and benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical insights into product solutions.
