Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience with Python and its ecosystem.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or comparable agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI design patterns and autonomous workflows.
- Proven experience developing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Experience working with vector search technologies such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
- Strong backend architecture and software engineering skills for scalable systems.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes or Docker is a plus.
- Experience with advanced prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning is a plus.
- Experience with Pandas or Spark is a plus.
- Experience with LLM monitoring tools such as LangSmith is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance backend services and APIs using Python.
- Develop and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware information retrieval.
- Architect and manage vector database solutions such as Pinecone or Weaviate for similarity search.
- Integrate Large Language Models with internal and external APIs to expand agent capabilities.
- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions regarding system performance, reliability, and scalability.
