Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience building complex automations with n8n.
- Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their real-world applications.
- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- Solid experience integrating systems through REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth.
- Strong programming logic and understanding of data structures.
- Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication skills.
- High curiosity, autonomy, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn.
Responsibilities
- Build sophisticated n8n automations that connect customer journeys from initial contact through post-sales.
- Develop autonomous AI agents capable of answering questions, resolving customer requests, and automating repetitive processes around the clock.
- Create intelligent sales workflows that identify opportunities, nurture leads, and help accelerate the commercial cycle.
- Work with leading LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to develop effective, accurate, and natural AI interactions.
- Design and optimize prompts and AI workflows for customer experience and business use cases.
- Integrate WhatsApp, chat, email, CRM platforms, and other systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and related technologies.
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify automation opportunities and translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
