Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to identify issues, resolve them independently, or escalate with recommended solutions.
Experience with service businesses, multi-location organizations, or lead-generation marketing preferred.
Familiarity with platforms such as GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Teams, or SharePoint.

Translate marketing initiatives into actionable delivery plans with defined owners and deadlines.
Manage campaign lifecycles from initial handoff through verified publication and performance reporting.
Identify and resolve project risks, including missing assets or conflicting priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional specialists including content, creative, SEO, and CRM teams.
Perform quality assurance on customer-facing materials using established checklists.
Maintain marketing project management systems and calendars to ensure leadership visibility.
Document and maintain standard operating procedures to improve workflow handoffs.
Prepare weekly performance reports by consolidating inputs from various sources.
