Requirements
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Application Packaging Engineer, or Workplace Engineer.
- Practical knowledge of designing and deploying application packages.
- Experience in administering Workplace environments and Endpoint Management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues (3rd Line Support).
- Experience working with DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
- Good command of English for collaboration in an international environment.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Experience with Cloud Workplace solutions (nice to have).
- Knowledge of Endpoint Management tools (nice to have).
- Experience with Workplace and Virtual Desktop solutions (nice to have).
- Knowledge of end-user environment security issues (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and implement application packages according to standards and SLAs.
- Administer and develop Application Delivery & Packaging services.
- Support Workplace Engineering projects and end-user environment modernization.
- Provide third-line (L3) support for the Workplace environment.
- Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Create technical and operational documentation.
- Collaborate with international infrastructure and application teams.
- Participate in planning and executing DevOps team tasks.
