Job Details

At least 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations.
Demonstrable AWS experience supporting production environments.
Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
Strong understanding of CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
Experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
Kubernetes experience such as EKS or kOps.
Docker/containerization experience.
Observability stack experience such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or PagerDuty.
Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or Go.
Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or Helm.
Working knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Ability to work within structured operational processes and SLAs.
Strong written and verbal C1 English communication skills.
Weekend availability for application migrations.

Migrate applications between environments including weekend availability.
Monitor and support production and staging environments to ensure high availability.
Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis and remediation.
Participate in an on-call rotation with defined SLAs.
Handle ad-hoc operational requests from internal teams.
Maintain and enhance observability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and logs.
Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and GitOps workflows.
Contribute to automation efforts to reduce operational toil.
Maintain and improve Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
