Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong background in banking projects
- Experience with brokerage houses or offices is considered a plus
- Proven track record in project coordination and program management
- Ability to manage project timelines and scope negotiation
- Experience overseeing development and testing teams
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Fluency in English (B2+ level) for working with international partners
- Proficiency in Polish (C1 level)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate entire projects and programs including scoping and planning
- Identify and manage communication with all project stakeholders
- Oversee the full lifecycle of solution delivery, including development and testing phases
- Manage project schedules and track progress against milestones
- Negotiate project scope, work packages, and deadlines with relevant parties
