Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable evidence of successful collaborative teamwork.
  • Highly preferred: Previous experience working in the video games industry.
  • Ability to provide a valid disability certificate is valued.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare recording sessions following best practices and project-specific requirements.
  • Perform audio postproduction on recorded assets according to technical specifications.
  • Execute audio tasks including mixing, sound effect creation, and batch analysis.
  • Coordinate with team members and internal stakeholders like Project Managers, Audio Asset Managers, and Audio QA.
  • Oversee technical management of audio project batches as an Audio Project Lead (APL).
  • Monitor project timelines and quality standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support management with onboarding, training, and mentoring of other sound engineers.
  • Assist recording studio teams with session preparation and audio deliveries.
