Requirements
- 5+ years in software testing (manual and/or automated) for web applications.
- At least 2 years hands-on in test automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Playwright and/or Cypress.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD test pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- API testing proficiency using Playwright, Postman, or similar.
- Proficiency with test management tools (testomat.io, TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr).
- Experience with Git workflows and code review practices.
- Comfort in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to write clear RFCs, test plans, and post-mortems.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (B2).
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the test strategy for web applications, including decisions on what to automate and at which layer.
- Plan and prioritize testing activities based on business risk, and clearly communicate quality trade-offs to PMs and engineering managers.
- Evaluate, select, and implement testing tools by running PoCs, comparing options, and making recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze key quality metrics and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, PMs, and DevOps to improve testability and refine acceptance criteria.
