Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Proven background in designing and delivering microservices.
- Experience building, testing, and maintaining backend services and APIs.
- Ability to design technical solutions and take ownership of implementation decisions.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and clean code principles.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional product and business teams.
- Practical use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenCode).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- B2+ level English and fluent Polish proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Kotlin and Java.
- Build and evolve applications based on Spring Boot.
- Design, implement, and enhance microservice-based solutions.
- Create and maintain reliable, high-quality APIs and backend components.
- Develop automated tests and ensure code quality standards are met.
- Design architecture for new functionalities and services.
- Improve existing systems through performance, scalability, and maintainability enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and UX Designers to refine requirements.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and development standards.
- Utilize modern AI-powered development tools to increase productivity.
