Requirements
- Proven experience with FICO solutions and decision engine development.
- Experience in financial institutions, payment methods, or high-volume transactional environments.
- Proficiency in FICO Blaze Advisor, Decision Modeler (DM), and Decision Management Platform (DMPS).
- Expertise in developing Business Rules, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Ruleflows.
- Experience with Rule Maintenance Application (RMA), versioning, and rule governance.
- Technical proficiency in Python and PySpark.
- Experience with SQL, JSON, XML, and data modeling.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integrations (synchronous and asynchronous).
- Experience with messaging systems, observability, and monitoring.
- Proficiency with Git and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience in regulated environments with audit requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve business rules on the FICO platform.
- Perform impact analysis and design decision-making solutions.
- Implement decision rules, tables, and trees.
- Integrate the FICO engine with corporate APIs and microservices.
- Support functional testing and system validation.
- Provide maintenance and resolve production incidents.
- Ensure traceability, auditability, and governance of automated decisions.
- Assist business areas in defining and optimizing decision policies.
- Document solutions and conduct knowledge transfer for internal teams.
