Job Details

Expertise in growth frameworks such as AARRR and ICE.
Strong statistical foundation for conducting A/B and multivariate tests (MVT) with proper MDE, sample size calculation, and control variables.
Proficiency with enterprise testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or AB Tasty.
Expert-level analytical skills using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or Data Studio.
Hands-on experience with UX and discovery tools like Google Tag Manager, Maze, UserZoom, and Klaviyo.
Advanced project management capabilities in tools like Notion or Jira.
Ability to build and document complex business cases and experiment roadmaps.
Strong communication skills for presenting complex data and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with the ability to define roadmaps and anticipate market trends independently.
Experience working in an agency or consulting environment is considered a plus.

Collaborate with Growth Strategists to integrate business objectives into holistic, multi-channel growth roadmaps.
Identify business opportunities using the GOI Tree framework and prioritize ideas using strict ICE criteria.
Manage the full lifecycle of scientific experimentation, from hypothesis formulation to rigorous statistical analysis and documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional execution with designers, developers, and functional specialists to ensure quality and deadlines.
Analyze complex quantitative data (LTV, cohorts) and qualitative user behavior to extract actionable business insights.
Consult with C-level stakeholders and key partners to align products with long-term growth opportunities.
Mentor other Growth Managers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing frameworks.
