Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production applications with React.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Solid command of the modern web stack: Node, CSS, Next.js, Storybook, and Emotion.
- Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals including OOP, Git, unit/E2E testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience with build and packaging tools (NPM/yarn) with a focus on bundle size and performance.
- Experience with AWS (S3, Amplify) and Docker.
- Fluent use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Ability to work autonomously in an agile/SCRUM environment.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the design system and web components for third-party applications.
- Ensure SDK compatibility and consistent behavior across browsers, frameworks, and environments.
- Design low-latency, high-availability applications with optimized bundle performance.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write reusable, testable, and secure code.
- Maintain high-quality developer documentation and automated release pipelines.
- Define AI-driven development practices and workflows for the engineering team.
