Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Content Editor, Copy Editor, or similar role.
- Exceptional command of written English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI Optimization (AIO) concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for high-quality content.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to writers.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Research trending industry topics based on SEO-provided keywords.
- Create 4-6 blog briefs weekly through thorough research.
- Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
- Structure content for AI-friendly formatting including FAQ sections and schema.
- Publish blog drafts in WordPress after full editing process.
- Manage and send monthly blog newsletters.
- Update existing blogs with current data, product information, and AEO/SEO optimizations.
- Build and schedule email campaigns using Active Campaign.
- Analyze and report on content performance using GSC and GA4.
