Requirements
- Demonstrable experience taking FHIR (R4/R5) through a full development-to-production lifecycle.
- Experience building or contributing to custom Implementation Guides.
- Hands-on experience profiling with FHIR Shorthand (FSH) and compiling via SUSHI.
- Ability to map medical terminology (ICHOM) to LOINC and SNOMED CT.
- Capability to validate FHIR resources against established profiles and StructureDefinitions.
- Knowledge of HL7 Europe Base/Core R5 clinical foundations.
- Experience in EHDS (European Health Data Space) context (nice to have).
- Familiarity with SMART on FHIR requirements-specification (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Translate business and clinical requirements into FHIR data models.
- Build custom Implementation Guides or contribute to existing ones using HL7 Europe Base/Core R5.
- Perform profiling using FHIR Shorthand (FSH) and compile profiles via SUSHI.
- Map ICHOM terminology to LOINC and SNOMED CT standards in collaboration with clinicians.
- Independently validate FHIR resources against profiles and StructureDefinitions.
- Define clinical data structure and validation logic for a patient information repository.
