Requirements
- Understand the full data lifecycle, from acquisition from source systems through transformation and maintenance of business state to sharing data with other systems.
- Have practical experience designing solutions that reconstruct and maintain current business-entity state based on events from source systems.
- Address duplicate events, event-processing order, missing events, data reconciliation, and consistency between systems.
- Banking or financial-sector project experience is listed as an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial-instrument servicing processes and systems or brokerage activity is listed as an advantage.
- Experience designing data architecture for high-availability systems and large data volumes is listed as an advantage.
- Knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns is listed as an advantage.
- Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, or data integration platforms is listed as an advantage.
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality is listed as an advantage.
- Experience modeling data with UML or ArchiMate is listed as an advantage.
- Practical experience with system-architecture and integration documentation tools is listed as an advantage.
- Experience with data migrations and transformations between systems is listed as an advantage.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP environments is listed as an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design data domains and data models for business objects.
- Analyze and design data flows between source systems and consuming systems.
- Model business entities and their relationships.
- Design PostgreSQL database structures for enterprise solutions.
- Design data-loading processes, including initial load, reload, and reconciliation.
- Ensure data freshness and consistency in the LLDS layer.
- Design integration architecture based on Event-Driven Architecture.
- Design Kafka event processing, deduplication, and normalization mechanisms.
- Define and design REST APIs.
- Work with teams responsible for source systems and systems consuming the data.
