Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of professional software development experience with projects in production.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar role driving architecture and infrastructure decisions.
- Concrete, hands-on experience experimenting with and deploying LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Mistral).
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Strong technical fundamentals with ability to build scalable systems.
- High level of autonomy and ability to deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify technical and operational opportunities.
- Professional English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize business process improvements through AI.
- Build end-to-end internal tools from scoping to production deployment.
- Develop and evolve the shared AI platform, including MCP servers and integrations.
- Make key technical decisions regarding infrastructure, stack, and architecture.
- Mentor the junior AI engineer and promote software development best practices.
- Maintain a direct feedback loop with business teams to iterate on solutions.
