Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong leadership and team mentorship skills.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software design patterns, OOP, and data structures.
- Proficiency in database systems, specifically MySQL.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React.js or AngularJS.
- Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Perform hands-on development using PHP, Laravel, and Node.js, identifying and addressing technical challenges.
- Analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and implement technical improvements.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to understand UI requirements, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and web functionality.
