Requirements
- 5+ years of professional backend-focused software development experience.
- Strong professional proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Experience building low-latency API services within AWS.
- Expertise in building scalable RESTful APIs and integrating third-party SDKs.
- Deep experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and raw SQL.
- Professional experience with React for full-stack contributions.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain CI/CD application workflows.
- Strong testing practices, including integration tests against real databases and fault-injection.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to overlap with US business hours.
- Experience working with AI coding assistants as part of daily development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality backend-focused software applications.
- Build low-latency API services and secure multi-tenant environments.
- Contribute to frontend development as required for full-stack tasks.
- Manage SQL schemas, migrations, and complex database operations.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain deployment processes.
- Write comprehensive integration tests, including fault-injection and failure-mode testing.
- Collaborate on challenging projects using AI coding assistants.
