Responsibilities
- Record audio transcripts precisely as written or edited for natural pacing
- Maintain a consistent customer service voice (neutral to upbeat)
- Ensure clear enunciation and steady pacing throughout recordings
- Attend a mandatory kickoff call on March 12, 2026
- Perform post-production editing to meet professional audio standards
