Requirements
- BS degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud/Platform Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering.
- Strong experience designing and supporting high-volume SaaS CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with cloud-based compute, storage, and networking.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Practical troubleshooting skills for application builds in Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.
- Familiarity with .NET, .NET Core, Node.js/pnpm, or Angular application builds.
- Proficiency with tools such as GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Octopus Deploy, or Terraform.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with ITSM practices.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the engineering platform and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
- Manage GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Actions administration, workflows, and delivery controls.
- Support Argo CD and Octopus Deploy configurations and application delivery workflows.
- Design and maintain application deployment workflows for Kubernetes and Docker Swarm.
- Use Terraform for infrastructure and configuration management.
- Automate repetitive delivery tasks using PowerShell or Python.
- Provide on-call coverage and support for application release failures.
