Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX, CRO, or analytics
- Deep passion for UX and conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency in analyzing digital site performance and conducting research
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to improve user experience and conversions
- Knowledge of website design principles and UX research methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Logical thinking and ability to connect data points to business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX/CRO research and analysis for our clients
- Identify and articulate insights to address revenue loss and drive business performance
- Generate ideas for A/B testing
- Recommend actionable strategies and manage project plans
- Communicate research results and strategic recommendations clearly to clients
- Deliver measurable value to client businesses through conversion optimization
