Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Expertise in using Figma.
- Experience in creating and scaling design systems.
- Deep knowledge of UX design and research methodologies.
- Strong aesthetic sense with skills in visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Attention to detail and a high standard for design quality.
- Problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions to team and clients.
- Passion for UX/CRO and a proactive approach to development.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting e-commerce store interfaces.
- Generate innovative ideas to improve store performance.
- Create mockups for A/B testing and other research.
- Conduct CRO audits for clients.
- Develop and maintain design systems.
- Perform UX/CRO research to understand user behavior and solve problems.
- Collaborate effectively with CRO specialists and developers.
