Requirements
- 8-10 years of commercial experience in Machine Learning and Data Science.
- Very good knowledge of Python and machine learning libraries.
- Practical knowledge of scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Practical experience in building agentic systems and agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD for production software delivery.
- Ability to work with relational databases and SQL.
- Fluent communication in English (minimum B2 level).
- Ability to collaborate in project teams and present technical solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.
Responsibilities
- Build and interpret econometric models (e.g., OLS, log-log, GLM).
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based solutions.
- Develop production-grade AI systems from prototype to maintenance.
- Architect and implement agentic AI systems using tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration, and memory.
- Select models, frameworks, architectures, and deployment strategies.
- Integrate LLMs with existing systems, APIs, and data sources.
