Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech
- Strong knowledge of STLC and defect management
- Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
- Knowledge of UK banking processes (payments, onboarding, accounts, loans, etc.)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent English (B2+/C1)
- Practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT in QA activities
- Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases
- Document test results and report defects
- Validate business requirements and identify risks
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Compliance teams
- Support Agile delivery processes
- Leverage AI tools to improve test design, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management
- Identify opportunities for QA process improvements and AI adoption
