Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or business analysis within IT, tech, or e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI for reporting, budgeting, and dashboarding.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Proficiency in using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Understanding of AI agents and current trends in the field.
- Experience implementing AI tools or automation solutions such as Power Automate, n8n, or Make.
- Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (B2+/C1 level).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and structure new, complex initiatives independently.
Responsibilities
- Gather and structure requirements from business teams for AI solution pilots.
- Manage pilot schedules, track dependencies, and provide status updates.
- Collect pilot metrics and feedback to recommend implementation, improvement, or closure.
- Manage the internal AI Hub by documenting solutions and maintaining best practices.
- Maintain a list of approved AI tools and manage licensing budgets.
- Lead AI-related internal communications and recurring status meetings.
- Report on AI tool budget utilization and prepare documentation for AI solution approval processes.
