Job Details

Law degree and strong professional legal foundation.
Deep experience in the iGaming, casino, or sportsbook industry.
Experience advising businesses on complex wagering, gaming, or sportsbook matters.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business teams.
Commercially oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal and regulatory risk with business objectives.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where processes need to be developed from scratch.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
High level of ownership, adaptability, and execution speed.
Experience working with blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, or crypto-native products.

Develop and shape regulatory and legal frameworks supporting a blockchain-enabled iGaming, sportsbook, and casino platform.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to help design features and workflows with regulatory and legal requirements incorporated from the outset.
Advise on global market expansion, including assessing jurisdictions, launch considerations, regulatory requirements, and associated risks.
Conduct practical legal and regulatory risk assessments that enable informed business decisions and support responsible growth.
Provide strategic guidance across the intersection of wagering regulations, crypto-native assets, digital products, and international expansion.
Serve as a commercially minded legal partner to Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market stakeholders.
Build and manage relationships with external legal and regulatory advisors across relevant jurisdictions.
Help establish scalable legal and regulatory processes for a rapidly developing business.
