Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related financial leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience building finance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities in scaling businesses.
Expert-level Excel skills and familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, and business intelligence platforms.
Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, capital allocation, cash flow planning, and banking relationships.
Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and internal cost allocation methodologies.
Experience developing integrated financial models.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
Ability to operate independently in environments where infrastructure is being established.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interaction.
MBA, CPA, or CFA credential strongly preferred.
Experience in complex, multi-entity organizations, high-growth startups, or private equity is a plus.

Lead the development of an integrated financial planning and performance management framework, including rolling forecasts.
Build driver-based forecasting models and consolidate them into comprehensive financial reporting.
Develop an integrated planning infrastructure covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Establish intercompany chargeback and centralized-service allocation methodologies.
Design and execute treasury strategy, including liquidity management, capital allocation, and banking relationships.
Develop KPI scorecards and analytical tools to provide actionable business insights.
Support ERP and financial planning technology implementations and M&A integration activities.
Mentor and grow the FP&A and Treasury team.
