Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cloud Security Engineer.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, authentication, authorization, identity federation, and lifecycle management in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in IaC and automation tools: Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, Python, and GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, PIM, and Identity Governance.
- Experience with AWS IAM, IAM Identity Center, cross-account access, and cloud security best practices in an enterprise environment.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Experience with DORA, ISO 27001, or NIS2 compliance programs (preferred).
- Certifications such as AZ-104, SC-300, or AWS Certified Security – Specialty (preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, or CloudTrail (preferred).
- Experience in the financial sector or other highly regulated industries (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and compliance specialists on secure onboarding and access models for application teams.
- Design, implement, and operate IAM solutions in Azure and AWS, incorporating least-privilege and federated access models.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID including Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance.
- Design and maintain AWS IAM and IAM Identity Center configurations including cross-account access.
- Automate identity lifecycles, access provisioning, and governance processes using IaC and scripting.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments in a regulated environment.
