Requirements
- Background in travel coordination, operations, logistics, concierge, client services, or luxury hospitality.
- Experience in high-touch or white-glove environments.
- Ability to manage multiple real-time requests simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and operational execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Experience in private aviation or luxury travel is a plus.
- Experience handling complex, time-sensitive logistics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complete travel logistics including flights, ground transportation, hotels, and VIP requests.
- Track schedules, bookings, and client requirements in real time.
- Handle live requests from clients, passengers, and internal teams while managing last-minute changes.
- Prioritize multiple urgent requests simultaneously while maintaining composure.
- Deliver premium, high-touch service by anticipating client needs.
- Liaise with luxury vendors, operators, and internal teams to ensure service standards.
- Resolve operational issues proactively to maintain execution excellence.
