Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, C, C++, or Rust)
Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering and brainstorming to shipping a product
Experience developing software for the Cloud or professional experience in systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative setup
Self-starter with a bias towards action and customer-focused mindset
Experience with Kubernetes or Docker (Bonus)
Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (Bonus)
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems (Bonus)
Familiarity with on-call duties, SRE tasks, or infrastructure as code (Bonus)
