Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Architect in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, threat modelling, risk management and security controls.
- Experience with Vulnerability Management and Tanium.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender and WDAC.
- Experience with cloud security / CSPM and web application security.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions; Rubrik experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical security solutions.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, SABSA, CISM) are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop security architectures and design methodologies for proposed solutions.
- Prepare threat models, security requirements, risk assessments and control frameworks.
- Translate technical and business risks into clear security recommendations.
- Develop security proposals covering Application Lifecycle Management, Vulnerability Management, WDAC, Entra ID, and CSPM.
- Create security architecture documentation, questionnaires and baseline security models.
- Prepare technical security reports and present recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Support and mentor other security team members.
