Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX Design.
- Experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related design fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI or Design.
- Certifications in UX Research, UX Design, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification).
- Training in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate level.
- German language proficiency from B2/Upper-Intermediate level.
Responsibilities
- Prepare user research reports including insights and recommendations.
- Create user personas and journey maps.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Prepare final UI designs and design system documentation.
- Conduct usability testing and implement iterative design improvements.
- Develop accessibility compliance recommendations and guidelines.
