Job Details

5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in leading engineering teams as Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager while remaining close to code.
Proven track record of delivering and scaling production systems for business clients.
Strong proficiency in Python and Go with active production coding experience.
Experience in designing and developing distributed backend systems.
Understanding of API design, system integrations, and cross-team collaboration.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and manage backlogs.
Knowledge of high code quality standards including code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
Ability to analyze and solve problems in production environments.
Understanding of monitoring, telemetry, and safe deployment practices.
Proficiency in Git and CI/CD practices.
English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Experience in networking or security systems is a plus.

Build and develop a new engineering team focused on strategic product areas.
Define technical direction and ensure high quality of delivered solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers on business requirements analysis, prioritization, and planning.
Design and develop solutions using Python and Go.
Participate in the implementation of key features and support the team in solving complex technical problems.
Collaborate with backend, platform, and infrastructure teams.
Define integration architecture and API contracts between systems.
Supervise the delivery process from concept to production deployment.
Develop processes ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
Support the team through mentoring, feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
