Responsibilities
- Define visual patterns and accessibility standards for the SuperApp redesign.
- Co-lead Product Discovery, facilitating sessions and constructing Service Blueprints and Customer Consumption Journeys based on Jobs To Be Done.
- Apply UX and UI techniques to materialize client needs and provide design direction.
- Integrate design practices with the technical development team to implement market best practices.
- Build relationships with business areas to advocate for user-centered design decisions.
