Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft-based software development.
- Expert in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and SQL / T-SQL.
- Strong experience with database design, performance optimisation, stored procedures, and queries.
- Solid front-end skills with HTML, JavaScript, and Razor.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent source control.
- Experience with Visual Studio or VS Code.
- Proven track record working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level software solutions using C#, .NET (Core/9), Razor, Web API, SQL Server, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Own the full development lifecycle from initial design through to build, testing, and release.
- Write high-quality, reusable, and efficient code with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
- Diagnose and fix bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks to ensure robust, reliable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, testers, and developers to deliver valuable features efficiently.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape long-term technical direction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring forward new ideas and technologies to evolve the platform.
- Share knowledge with peers and provide informal mentoring across the development team.
