Requirements
- 5+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- At least 5 successfully delivered AI/LLM projects.
- Hands-on experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) as well as open-source models.
- Experience building agentic workflows for process automation.
- Experience integrating LLMs into production software products (chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-powered features).
- Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate real business processes.
- Integrate LLMs—including OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and open-source models—into existing software products.
- Enable features like AI chatbots that act directly within systems and data.
- Spot automation opportunities and turn them into working solutions.
- Choose the right LLM/tooling approach, weighing cost, performance, and reliability.
- Own delivery end-to-end, from prototype to production.
